The Extrusion Process

Metal extrusion shapes heated billets (400-500°C) through custom dies under 10,000 PSI hydraulic pressure. Complex profiles—including multi-chamber hollow sections—are formed via mandrel-assisted direct/indirect methods. Post-processing includes CNC straightening (±0.1mm/m) and aluminum alloy finishing.
