Equipped with vacuum-assisted casting (mold cavity pressure ≤50 mbar), it achieves porosity <0.3% for EV battery enclosures and IP67-rated industrial components.

Huizhou Forging & Forming Center (2012): Specializes in closed-die forging of aerospace-grade titanium alloys (Ti-6Al-4V) and automotive-grade steel (1045 carbon steel), paired with CNC machining centers offering ±0.01mm positional accuracy.
